Kundalini Yoga 

1 Hour 15 minutes  $10 drop in class or part of monthly membership

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness.  It is a dynamic and powerful tool designed to give you an experience of your soul.  In Kundalini Yoga you learn how to master mental, physical and nervous body energies. Through this yoga practice, you utilize a technology which precisely and consciously combines breath, movement of the body, eye focus and sound to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood.  It brings balance to the body mind and soul.  It is perfect for persons having to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families and managing businesses.

Yin Yoga 

1 Hour 15 minutes $10 drop in class or part of monthly membership

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time.  It is a passive practice allowing access to deeper layers of fascia providing deep relaxation 

Harmonizing Yoga Flow

1 Hour   Minimum Donation $10

This monthly class is an eclectic style of yoga blends Vinyasa flow with a focus on personal transformation. In this class, you will learn to live from your heart one breath at a time.  All while building strength and resilience in your body and mind. 

Yoga Nidra

1 Hour 30 minutes   Minimum Donation $10 

This monthly class yields great transformative benefits.  The state of consciousness between waking and sleeping in which the body is completely relaxed is called Yoga Nidra.  It transforms and strengthens on a conscious and subconscious level.

Rise N Shine

1 Hour    $10 drop in class or part of monthly membership

An early morning practice that moves and awakens that energy within you so that you can greet your new day.  This class is a fusion of various yoga modalities guaranteed to keep you alert and prepare you to have a bright and shiny day.  

Gong Bath/Immersion 

1 Hour 15 minutes  $15 drop in class or part of monthly membership

The Gong is a sacred and ancient instrument of healing, rejuvenation and transformation.  It releases tension and blocks within the body.  It stimulates a higher functioning of the glandular and nervous system.  It works deeply on the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.  It purifies and quiets the mind while clearing the clutter of the subconscious mind to reveal the radiant and authentic self.  It is an excellent way to engage your soul and aid in your overall well being.  ~ Taught by Colette (Hari Karan Kaur)

Lunch Time Yoga

40 minutes  $5 minimum donation

Suitable for all ages and all mobility capabilities, come experience an oasis of relaxation and mental clarity. For 40 minutes, you will be guided through simple postures and breath to help you bend so that you don't break! Go back into the world feeling energized and well supported from the inside go out. All sessions will end with our signature sound healing technologies.

If you are skeptical about being able to get down on the floor on a yoga mat then this class is for you. Experience the benefits of increased circulation, muscle strengthening, improved flexibility, toxin elimination, relaxation and lubricated joints. Perfect for individuals with disabilities, arthritis, weight challenges or those who are seeking social time with movement. 
We will take extra care of you and together we will have a great time.
